Refund Policy
At Premmier Sleeps, your comfort and satisfaction are our highest priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit, and we aim to make the cancellation and return process simple, transparent, and fair for all customers.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time from the moment it is placed up to 90 days after the goods have been delivered.
Administration Fee
A standard 5% administration fee will apply to all cancellations and returns.
Made-to-Order Items
Products crafted specifically for you—including Divan Bases, Headboards, Mattresses, and Ottoman Storage Boxes—carry a 50% cancellation fee, unless cancelled within 1 working day of placing the order before production begins.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please contact the Premmier Sleeps Customer Support Team to initiate the return process.
Return Options
You may choose one of the following:

Return the items yourself at your own cost, ensuring they are in their original, sealed packaging.

Request Premmier Sleeps to arrange collection, in which case the direct collection cost will be deducted from your refund.
All applicable cancellation fees will also be applied.
Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Products must be in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

Items that are not properly packaged may not be collected, and a failed collection fee may be charged.
Mattress Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Mattresses can only be returned if unopened and still sealed.

Once a mattress has been opened or unrolled, it cannot be returned.
If you wish to try your mattress, please keep it wrapped until you decide to keep it.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of:

Order cancellation, or
-
Receiving the returned goods, once inspected and approved.
Premmier Sleeps reserves the right to deduct costs or withhold part of the refund if the returned items show signs of damage, misuse, or lack of proper packaging.
