Delivery Information & Upgrades
At Premmier Sleeps, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service for all our products. Please read the following information carefully to understand our delivery process, lead times, and optional services.
Delivery Times
We offer free delivery to most areas of the UK mainland within 3-10 working days. All our products are made to order to meet each customer’s specifications. Most fabrics, materials, and fixtures are kept in stock to ensure manufacturing can begin immediately once an order is placed. On rare occasions, if materials are out of stock, deliveries may take up to 28 working days, and we will inform you as soon as possible.
Since all our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in build, colour, and fabric. If you require urgent delivery or a specific date, please contact our sales team for guidance on expected lead times.
Delivery Process

The order is processed and prepared for manufacturing.

Once ready, the order is passed to our delivery team.

The delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery.

An AM or PM time slot will be provided 24–48 hours before delivery.

Your product will be delivered by our specialist two-person delivery team, following Covid-19 safety protocols.
Our delivery service operates seven days a week, excluding public and bank holidays.
Free Delivery and Exceptions
Free delivery applies to all orders to the UK mainland. Lead times are usually 3-10 working days, though many orders arrive within 3-4 working days.
Orders under £100 incur a delivery charge: £6.99 for headboards under £100 and £9.99 for mattresses under £100.
Certain postcode areas incur additional surcharges:

£40 surcharge: BH, BN, CA, CT, DD, DG, DT, FK, EH, EX, G, PH, IP, KA, KY, LD, LL, ML, NR, PA, PO, SA, SO, TA, TD, TN, TQ (lead time 7-14 working days)

£60 surcharge: AB, IV, TR, PL (lead time 10-20 working days)
Delivery to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and other non-mainland UK locations is not available.
Delivery Limitations

Multiple items will be delivered based on the longest lead time.

Deliveries to flats or apartments are made up to the second floor unless a lift or automatic access is available.

Delivery service does not include recycling of old items.
Optional Services
Recycling
We offer recycling of beds and mattresses for an additional fee:

Single item: £49.99

Full set: £59.99
Multiple sets should be discussed in advance. Recycled items must be clean and suitable for donation. See our “Assembly and Recycling” page for details.
Assembly
Professional assembly is available for £39.99. If you prefer to assemble your bed yourself, please refer to our assembly instructions page.
Accepting Your Delivery
Our team will deliver items to your room of choice. You must inspect the items and sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.

If goods are damaged, note this on the delivery note and refuse delivery if necessary.

For minor damage you accept, note as “damage received” and notify us immediately via email or telephone.
Damaged, Faulty, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your items are damaged, faulty, missing, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please do not dispose of any existing bed or mattress until your new order has been received and checked, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
